With seating up to 16 people comfortably, this private room is perfect for small work meetings, conferences and dinner parties. With its large wooden table and fine finishings, this room offers class and comfort.

WINTER LOUNGE

The Boas room is perfect for larger work meetings, seminars, workshops or private dinners.  It can seat up to 40 people for dinner or 50 people theatre style and has its own private balcony perfect for pre-dinner drinks or simply a breath of fresh air.  The room is highly versatile and can be arranged to suit your needs and requirements.


STEPHENIES BALCONY

Overlooking the Swan River, the balcony boasts stunning views and a comfortable setting.  With its open appearance it is a superb setting for weddings, dinners and major corporate events.  

The balcony is petitioned into two areas, the West and the East. Depending on the size or type of function these doors can be opened to create one large area or closed to become two private areas.
