Other wines featured on the day include back vintages of Hazel’s Vineyard Chardonnay and the 2016 Rolling Stone which James Halliday rated as a ”Best of the Best Wine“ in his 2021 companion.
The 4 course lunch includes grilled Shark Bay tiger prawns, chicken breast roulade, slow cooked Farm House Arkady Lamb shoulder and premium cheeses paired with McHenry Hohnen wines.
