WAITSTAFF
The following are minimum requirements for prospective waitstaff:
- Minimum of 2 years a la carte experience in a quality establishment
- Have a passion for food and interest in wine
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and positive manner
- Ability to use POS with confidence
BARSTAFF
The following are minimum requirements for prospective waitstaff:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar establishment
- Strong communications skills and positive manner
- Proactive approach to bar service
- Coffee and cocktail experience an advantage
- Ability to use POS with confidence
