Château d’Esclans is a magical property situated in the heart of Provence, northeast of St Tropez.  Created by Sacha Lichine following his acquisition of Château d’Esclans in 2006, his vision was to create the worlds greatest rosés, igniting the ‘Rosé Renaissance’ and now in its sixteenth vintage, is home to Whispering Angel.

Sacha introduced new and innovative winemaking techniques to Provence, revolutionising rosés produced from this region. Leading to the creation of Whispering Angel, a world class rosé now pouring at Steves.

Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes sourced from premium vineyards in the Esclans Valley and Côtes de Provence region. This rosé is beautifully pale pink in colour, drawing you in to its fresh red berry fruit characteristics and floral notes, with pronounced flavours of mellow citrus and young strawberry. Lush and dry with a smooth finish, it is, in a word – delicious.
