Driven by a desire to explore the extensive cool climate of their southern Margaret River vineyards, Cape Mentelle created this  blend of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Semillon, to illuminate the purity and varietal expression of the region. 

With intense aromas of fresh lime, Granny Smith apple, green melon and gooseberry entice your taste buds with a touch of jasmine, citrus blossom and passionfruit. This medium weight wine has a juicy mineral elegance, lemongrass notes and shines with light straw hue.

On the palate this medium weight wine has mineral elegance and is juicy with light straw and lemongrass notes. With a silex mineral drive, great tension and a hint of a saline edge, it is layered with a good texture yet punchy with a citrus peel finish.
